Our refund and return policy is, we do no issue refunds or returns. These items are clearly noted that they are used items. Items that are damaged in shipping will be handle on a case-by-case basis. Please see our policy for damaged in shipping.


If an item is damaged in shipping, then we will handle each incident on a case-by-case basis. Immediately take pictures of the damaged item, the damaged box and the shipping label. Email that to us at vintagetobaccostore@outlook.com and we will reach out to you within 24hrs. Please do not discard the item.
